Deck is now screwed and bonded down





The deck glassed over, ready for the bulkhead to be fixed in place

hopefully have the windows shortened and bulkhead in tomorrow along with seat base's and control box panel.

Placed a layer of mat around the sides.



Side windows have now been shortened.





The front window has been split into 2 windows



The bulkhead has now been trimmed up placed in ready for glassing

a bit more done today.

the bulkhead is now glassed in place inside and out.

the control panel and seat base's are also glassed in and a section where the batteries are going is glassed in as well.

the seat base's are set at different positions to allow the me to stand up whilst under way as that's my prefered way of driving and so I can spin the seat round whilst fishing and the seat back just clears the steering.

The ply has been cut out ready for the shelf and seat/locker in the cabin. that will all be glassed up tomorrow and maybe fitted as well.

quite a bit done today.

seat storage box is glassed in and flowcoated out inside ready for the hatch to be cut out and fitted.

shelf on port side is all glassed in with a cut out in the corner to allow the battery cables to come through.

also the wiring tube is glassed up and cut to length and fitted.

not much more to do in the boat apart from a locker behind the helm to hide all the wiring etc and a plate in the sump for the bilge pump to be fixed too.

after that it will be time to pull the boat out and glass the flybridge in place and build up the sides and cut in some windows then the boat will be ready for flowcoating out.

bit more done today.

made up a cupboard thats fitted behind the helm. will be having a plastic hatch fitted when to access the steering etc.

have also glassed in a ply pad on the inside so I can fit his fuse panels etc.

also glassed in a small ply pad for the bilge pump in the rear sump.

have also fitted a support to the shelf as it had a bit of flex in it.

tomorrow will be sanding down in the cabin so it can be flowcoated out tomorrow afternoon.

starting to get near the end now.

all the cabin has been sanded down inside and flowcoated out light grey and the deck done a dark grey.

all thats got to be done in the cabin is cut out the holes for the new hatches to be fitted.

Thanks mate, yes it won't be long now, should all be finished by next weekend, then all that will need doing is wiring all the electronics up, just in time for the summer :-)

the sides have now been flowcoated out today.

looks real nice now.

some parts can now start to be fitted back on the boat whilst the flybridge etc is fitted

windows will be fitted in the cabin sunday afternoon and the boat pulled out ready for the flybridge to go on and new sides built up.


the bulkhead has not been flowcoated nor the upper sides yet as it needs a bit more glassing to the sides to fit the flybridge, so will flowcoat those parts once the flybridge is finished.

hatches are now fitted in the cabin.

they look nice and tidy and the storage seat is quite big inside.

the flybridge has now been attached to the rear part of the old cabin.

just got too see what shape looks best to trim up too at the back edge and then cut the windows out.

got to glass in a tube down the starboard in the corner of the flybridge for the wires to come up through and a bit of timber down either side of the new sides i've just glassed in to stiffen the sides up

flowcoated in the new cabin section.

Windows were cut out yesterday and cabin windows were fitted.

The deck will be flowcoated tomorrow and then its just a matter of bolting some bits and pieces back on along with the engine.

The deck has now been done.

Just the engine back on and little bits & pieces to finish off.
