Right Been speaking to learned Boat Anglers that were fishing Sandown Bay over the Weekend and it would appear that the Trawlers in question were after Shellfish so I apologise unreservedlyfor calling them counts or whatever however .......... please refer to New Blog

No bream at Hayling yet - had a session today and one of the usual venues and zilch, not even a school bass to awaken one's interest.

well, according to dave barhaml in BFM there may not be too much going on round hayling for a while
apparently a scallop dredger has been operating on a scorched earth policyand done a lot of damage'
anyone got any info on this ?

Scallop dredgers are just eco-system vandals. They would smash down stonehenge for road building material....
As one marine scientist put it....if you ploughed a field three or four times a year would you expect it to support life of any sort ?!!!
