First its refreshing to see a site not dominated by commercial fisherman their friends and boat buddies.
My name on WSF is Toonfireman and yes I have been banned on numerous occasions, the reason trying to speak up for anglers, something which is forbidden on the site.
I am based in the SW Scotland have an Orkney Strike liner boat and go fishing most days weather allowing, if I can help or give advice to anyone coming to the area please contact me.

You will - hopefully - like B&B as its for anglers, by anglers....to steal the words of some American gentleman.

be great to see what you are catching and read about your angling adventures. Unlike you guys, who see Cod all year round, on the south coast ours will be migrating to near coastal reefs in the next few weeks; so hopefully tyhere will be some big cod getting caught.

But the south coast lacks the quantitiy and consistency you guys get; so keep them reports coming.

Scottish lads have come and gone on this forum. The only way to stay the distance is to get as many of your mates as possible to join and post. Its the best way to make you feel that you are not some 'outsider'; not that the south coast guys will not make you feel welcome.

Me, I'm working overseas at the moment, but might possibly be returning soon. But I have still been posting the exotics; so you are by no means alone :0)
