Pollock in sun-dried tomatoes
Unless Pollock is smoked I find it a little bland.
But tried this last week.
Get the sun dried toms, that are in oil, cut them to very small pieces about 6/7, heat in the frying pan with some of the oil from the jar, until hot, place the fish flesh down, cook until the toms just start to look very well done turn over couple mins on skin sideā¦ ready to eat.. and very delicious to.
Nigela recommends a stuff snort of coke and few draws on the old wacky baccy as well..me I see no need for it.

Best way by far is ,fillet and skin them, then cut into strips , marinate in soy sauce, lemon etc then drain, drop in a bag of seasoned flour and deep fry for 1 /2 minutes.
Serve with rice and stir fry.
Outstanding!!
