Atherfield parking

Hi all I drove past atherfeild holiday camp Saturday night past where the tents go as I drove past I noticed where every one use to park some goon has put wooden stakes in the middle of the verg opposite the camp site any one know what the score is regarding it or even the legality of it as I thought the verges were council owned it may seem the goon in the bungalow has taken it on him self to stop us fellow fisherman parking there any one know any thing I'd be very greatful as I think this needs addressing

I would say get on to the Council Ian

I park up at the other end where they have dumped twenty tons of crap to

make it hard to get through that way as well
