Well, the only favourable winds coincided with a pass so it would've been rude not to really! There were plenty of bait fish, mackerel and scad straight from the off so, with fresh, bloody baits going down we were quite optimistic! After a while though the only interest we were getting was from the squid baits, John, Roo and myself just figured they were probably fed up of mackerel by now! All three of us checked in fairly quickly with Undulates all on squid This one was a fairly plump 10.5lb, Roo's weighed in at over 17!! AS the tide neared dead low things quietened off. John and Roo up anchored to have a dabble off the shore instead, i stuck it out for a bit longer!! A few scenery shots.... I managed a couple of fun size smutts and then just got pestered by little stuff. I basically then calculated that if i packed up there and then i could make the off license before they shut! Not a disaster but not great either Ciao for now
