That's also a nice Bass, like i just asked Davey how did you cook it, as i'm fed up with steaming them with garlic , ginger and spring onions; as thats how my wife likes them done.

BBQ in foil i dont like bass but they go down well with the guests

In the words on Gordon Ramsay .... Fillet, big cuts down the side, jam in some rosemary, add olive oil plus salt, wrap in foil, oven 20 mins, 200C. Bass - DONE.
