Blimey , now that is rough lee. I dont fish THERE!!! It was the roughest i have seen it for a longtime. Wish i had brought my camera to work and took some piccys. It was mental down there about 1130. Spent most of my morning watching the sea ;D |

It was deffo roughest between 11 and 12, the ebb seemed to tame it after a while ,even though it was still windy!

It was about midday when I took the picture. The road and the car park where flooded. As I walked from behind the lifeboat to the shelter one wave went straight over the top(very cold and very wet). The wind and the sea power were truly awesome I stayed well back on the land side of the wall I wasnt trying to be a hero. At 4.30 I went back down with the kids and walked along the whole length of the beach. Although the rollers where still out there at low tide the beach was as safe as any other day
