Solar Jiffy

Hello all, can anyone give any feedback on a 14ft Solar Jiffy. I would be using it for harbour fishing and the Hamble.

Is it easy to launch as we won't have a mooring.

This would be my first go at boat owning, so any advice would be great. Am I even looking at the right sort of boat?

I think these boats have been out of production for a while now if i remember corecly they were similar to a dejon 14 so would be ok to fish in sheltered waters with a maximum of 2 people.

Thanks for the reply. For better or worse we have just purchased a 12 1/2ft 'clinker' style. Only problem is I suffer from sea-sickness and my mate can't swim!!

Thats 2 and a half feet bigger than mine. Good luck, you will be fine with a bit of respect to the oll sea. My mates got a 12 ft and he caught a speed boat today. You never know whats next!
