rigger boots are cool cheap waterproof Many moons ago , i had some dairy boots with the toggle tops. Nice and lined and warm. Though the grip was not that good but you stayed dry and warm in the most fiercest of conditions

i use wychwood lunkers for all my fishing,,sea and course. Warm, waterproof,, they aint let me down yet

Hi tb , i have a pair of thinsulate thermal boots , great grip , toggle tie at the top , the 1 thing that lets these down are the fact they are not totally waterproof , i.e you wouldnt be able to walk in the water with them on , apart from that for 40 quid , i find them excellent !!!!!

a few of us now use hiking boots as they are more comfortable for walking,still waterproof and better grip than a welly.
