i use one myself, the 13ft (or 12' 8" ) multi, nice rod, casts well, stiff without being a broom, and sits really still in all but the strongest of winds, nice bite detection too, you won't be dissapointed.
i also use a suveran sp match, 13ft multi, equally as good, a stiffer rod, but more powerful in cast and retreive, still has a nice bite indication and both are about the same price new, or look around, i picked up both for £40 and £60 respectively,

thanks for that m8!
When looking around I noticed Spotty Dog advertising the 13ft @ £89 - seems like a good deal for a new one!
They don't seem to appear too regularly on ebay and the like though. I wonder if anyone on the forum has one for sale??

tis a good rod, i wouldn't sell mine ! was over £200 new, most shops are still well over £140 (cheapest i've seen it), so £90 is a good price.

i think you'll like it, i prefer mne to the suveran to be honest, mainly cos i can compress it better in my attempt at a full pendulum.
