I was lucky enough to receive a Sundridge floaty suit for my birthday from the Mrs. There was some gumpf that came with it advertising a few other Sundridge products, one being their sleep skin base layer.
I found a few on ebay & won an XL for £20 which was a bonus given the rrp is £49. I even watched several of the smaller sized suits end for under a tenner!
The suit is one piece & is designed to be worn directly on the skin. It's so warm its un-believable!
It's super thin so dosent restrict your movement like the old teddy-bear suits
The suit was designed for outdoor sleeping survival purposes & the material is supposed to trap body heat but wicks away sweat.
Im thoroughly impressed with it so far but a winter out in the boat will determine how good it really is. I really cant imagine feeling the cold with the sleepskin & the floaty on & it should make a world of difference to get out in the winter months not bulked out with layers resembling the Michelin Man!
