Pecheur, Do you mind me asking where that yard is (roughly). I'm looking for a yard rather than a launching compound for a possible project.

thanks, She,s a Parkstone bay 28, bilge keeled, twin mercs, 14 ft of cockpit and 14ft of wheelhouse/accom/galley/sea loo/, she is my first twin engined boat, economical, dream to handle, not the fastest boat on the earth, 9/10 knots max, i have had faster boats including a duver 23 also a pilot, but i do like a few home comforts, and i have got that with Pecheur, well happy with her. Yes i like the trawler type wheelhouse, front windows hardly ever have to use the wipers in the rain, nice bit of room in there as well. Graham

Dean, No probs, both totally independent units, so yes quite capable of running on one engine , she will do about 7 knots max on the one , have tried it, you do loose the level of control you have with two of course, never be afraid to ask as this is how we all can learn from each other m8 Graham

Hi Graham, is the canopy essential or does she have a self draining cockpit?
