Grauvell Anaga 240 - any good??

hi guys, thinking of buying a couple of Grauvell Anaga 240's for species hunting in Ireland this year, with most species likely to be 10lb or less (ill use other gear for the likes of conger, ling etc), so looking for rods for scratching really, especially if fishing inside Cork harbour all week.

Fished the last few years with light quiver tip Grauvells but these now need replacing due to rough handling!!

Has anyone used the Anaga's and are they any good?? or can you recommend anything else?? i was also looking at the Mustad Multitip - as long as it can handle 8 or maybe 10oz of lead at a push with good bite indication thats what im after.

I use my Mustad multi tip for just about everything!!

Bream, bass, smuts, tope, blondes, cod, pollack and just about anything else. Handles a pound of lead quite easily and has plenty of backbone in the bottom half of the rod. Abused it for over a year and its still in one piece

think its a bit of a toss up between those 2, but the Mustad has 3 tips as opposed to 2 (anaga) for similar money so think ill go for one of those, think the Mustad has been discontinued now but should be able to get a couple.

I have 2 grauvell rods the dh surf beach rod awesome and a small coral light boat spinning(had a 40lb eel on it with 20lb braid and baitrunner my number 1 bass rod) amazing rods in my eyes you cant go wrong with them

doh - decisions decisions - i did love the grauvells (Terra nova 240's) I had before, didnt weigh a thing and lovely to fish with but they got abused, like most of my tackle!! I used them one handed when bassing (one at a time i might add!!) so much feel with 12lb braid, ideal for timing strikes when livebaiting - tops.
