Opinions on Conoflex Estuary Match

Just a quickie,Ive a mate who is looking to get himself a beefier rod,,and sed this one may become avail for sale.

Any thoughts..??
Its a slightly upgraded estuary/light surf rod of 13ft
ideal for 3/5oz.
As im suffering with me back prob....i wanna get a tool
that is ok to compress without bending double.
And that has the capability of casting a "reasonable " weight.
wants £110 squid for it ...2yrs old ....general wear and tear.

Any thoughts.

I am not realy a beach person but I would look at the salt beach. Had a go with Eccles and it was light, compressed with ease and I think he said it was quite cheap.
