with a DVice and whole squid. Mark Jankins previous best record of 173 meters was obliterated at the Steyning casting court this weekend. The new record for whole squid casting was taken by Lee Adams and the distance......... 200.46 meters!! (std 15ogm DVice). He also managed 188 meters with the prototype 200gm DVice. Well done to Lee and all the guys at the Steyning casting club, for a fantastic day. Anybody who hasnt ever been to a casting event, and is curious, well, go allong. You couldnt ask for a better bunch of lads, and if you have a cast, they will be incredibly helpful in advising you on technique, ,should you wish. I will put a full write up on my diary in the very near future. (fishyrob.co.uk) DVice..... Taking your bait to new horizons........ Is that a bit cheesy.....?

Thats a fantastic effort Rob,my congrats to the fella and of course your product got a worthy bit of free advertising at the same time. I set your "freeby" up on a pike rod and easy lobbed it into Shepperton Weir which is 33ft deep ...........@ 70 yds it despatched the Eel piece each and every time without getting stuck once. No poxy pike...........................dammit but it did prove your DVice works well for that set of circumstances mate. "Skatenchops" haha herby eats humble pie. (grudgingly gets chequebook out....lol) I wos gonna try it on sunday at the charity bash but i have read it doesnt work to well it shallow estuary water. whys that.. ? anyway.....please PM me your add and as sed I will willingly forward you the going rate for the Dvice you sent me mate....... IF the water isnt more than three feet deep then it will only work three out of four times. However, I would imagine the competition will be fished in water deeper than that, so I am pretty sure you will be fine. As for the chequebook, please instead put the price that we agreed but make the cheque out to the multiple Sclerosis charity recieving funds from the competition. I was hoping to get up for that, but I got a feeling I have been earmarked for some DVice manufacture next weekend......

OK Rob.......Consider it dun mate Ill round it up to a £5 and stick it in the pot on the day but,,,,,,,,,,,,me thinks you should make extra effort to try and get along as its gonna be a good arena for your product mate. Get 100+ anglers together all looking for an edge in bait presentation and it spells bizzness..!!!!!!!! stick some in a box and ........well see you there mate. ********************************************** cheers Lee,ill bring mine to try at the venue mate.
