Hi. Wondered if anyone could help. I'm trying to identify a tip section to a Century beach rod - age unknown. All I can tell you is that it is an emerald green blank and if it is factory finished (which it might not be) it has the green Fuji rings with blue whipping tipped with gold. Looks to be a 7ft tip. Any idea fellas?

Cheers Daz.
Have tried to find a picture of the Ignitor to no avail - not even on eBay!
Anyone know a sure fire way of identifying blanks - ring spacing?
Guess I should call Century.

Ignitor mk1 were Blue blanks, mk2 were Black, had both myself, pref the mk1. It might be an early Raptor as mate had a 14ft version in Green. How stiff is it?.

lol - 'centurymad' - just the man!
It's pretty pokey, yeah. I thought it was fairly old but it does have the 'genuine Fuji' sticker at the spigot, so I don't know.
I'll see what I can find out about the Raptor online.
Cheers mate.

Raptors were like scaffold poles IIRC. You might get lucky and pick up a butt for it too
