Tipner Ranges?

Tipner is just to the back of where i live, and want to try my luck their. Only thing is how do you get round the back of the ranges as their seems to be a steel fence that runs into the water, only looked from distance and to dark to look after work. thanks.

Hello Ed, I've never fished it but I know alot who regularly do around this time of year for the flounder.
I know it involves baseing your trip around the tide for coming & going, I'll find out the full details tonight & then post back.
