I've only seen it with a levelwind on, didn't realise there was a CT version?
I don't know why they keep churning new ones out, the originals were good enough.

I bought Pro Rocket 7000 CS last year, it was only £60 new on Ebay and had a made in China sticker on it...thus far its been great, has a tighter feel and a better handle than the old 7000's and I like the lever free spool rather than the old button which was an easy entry point for water. It flips back with an expensive sounding click when the reel handle is turned. Ifan you got the money you could spring for a Diawa Saltiga SA 30 surf. Its a wonderful uptide reel with a drag thats far and away better than anything Abu have ever made even the SX 7700. In addition its that well built that with a modicum of care it will probably last forever. Its a very good looking piece of kit, like a Porche it looks like its doin 90 MPH when its parked.

Agree with Phish here, the SA30 is the best in its class.
I have heard good things about the new Abus tho.
Nick, you're welcome to borrow my SA30's if you want to give them a trial...
