upload your pics to photobucket and you can resize them and paste them into your profile from there. photobucket.com/ |

Hilight the URL code of your picture in Photobucket (http://i28photobucket****etc.), then in this site click on the 'Profile' button at the top of the screen. Then click on 'Modify Profile' next to 'Member's Bio'. Scroll down to AVATAR URL and paste into the box next to it. Finally click on the 'Modify Profile' button at the bottom of the screen.
That should do it !
