Had reports of local guys round the norfolk coast mentioning the plaice are slowly showing.Now i,m relatively new to fishing,(GOT PUT BACK A FEW DAYS COS GEAR WAS NICKED)but was asking what the best size hook,rig and bait are for these fish?any direction appreciated.
