dragonet ,caught at mag lane southampton ..... without the brilliant blue markings ..... im not sure if the different markings define different sexes in these 2 fish ? lee.

I once caught on of these just like the picture aboce with no blue markings. I caught my thumb on one ig the spines on the side of the head andfelt a sting, within an hour my hand had swollen up. I have not heard anybody else have this problem but just awarning incase.

i've had a couple of male ones from chesil(refrain lee and coddo from any smut jibes ;D)bugger caught me with a spine/gill cover....bled for 3+hrs ;D
