Slippers or knuckle muscles , hythe beach has absolutely loads washed up on the front , and that post by mrfish is spot on !!!!! thats exactly what they look like , all stuck together !, so if you find 1 you usually find 3 ,4 or 5 lol , excellent bass bait !!!!!

Caught my 2 biggest bass 4lb & 5lb on smelly old slipper ! As MN says - superb bait when there is a big surf running .... How can they resist this ... mmmmm
