Yep, looks like a window of opportunity for the boat guys. Good luck chaps. Don't know about beach locally though - neap tides, calm - doesn't fill me with optimism ! Might do a short session this evening at some deep water - Haslar wall perhaps. Use up some mackeral and squid thats been sculling around the bottom of the freezer for a while  . |

Was tempted but a certain footie match is on !
Might go tommorow evening when the tide is a bit later but as you say - dead calm & a neap - does not bode well but you never know !

going to go tomorrow, but small tides could make it a quite trip , we will see
hope to get the needles on a freinds boat but if that falls though i will give the solent a shot in my boat

Well i have a nasty bug of some sort, so i will be doing nothing.......Had a chance to go out with squidhead on his boat....typical!!!

im off to gravesend tonight,sun am+pm so i might have a chance of catching something,might try a mark i found on microsoft virtual earth just outside gravesend,anything is worth a try

Im off to good old town quay for a bash , the only place really to fish given these tides unless i get up at silly oclock, and on a sunday  no !!!!!! lee. |

well my m8 cant make it now so im going out in the solent on my little tub with lee, and try for a rare cod, or some call them rocking horse $$$$ but we will try.
