Being new to sea fishing and looking forward to trying fresh mackerel this year i saw this site on another forum and thought it useful. There is no need to register and shows how to fillet all different fish by video clips. www.filleting-fish.com Hope some find it informative.

There is a bit about weevers. It says they are easy to fillet and very tasty. I would never have thought it. Can't say I want to bag up on them though.
