Hell no, i think 300gram would cast me down the court.

Its funny really, on the beach i only ever use 150,175 or 200gram but on the field i only really use 100 or 125 gram as these seem to way out perform my bigger leads.

Theres alot of guys good at either the heavy ones or the lighter one but not many people can cast the whole range good distances.
