ill just carry on with ow i already freeaze em then. i usualy take out that triangle section which my dad told me to take out which i now no is the egg pouch thing
no need to remove anything before freezing imho, i normaly use velvet swimmers, rarely do i find peelers, and only occasionally softies. they just go straight into the freezer as they are, they're hard to keep them alive so i just freeze em!
when i use em i take off the top shell, and i often remove the lungs, but for no particular reason, they come off when wrapping with elastic anyways!
