Now I have recieved my lifetime supply of Glowsticks from SquidHead ;D, has anyone tried fishing with a glowstick attached to the line to act as a lure for fish?
Does this work in attracting fish?

Never tried it, but i have used the glow stick on floats and can say they work!

i have seen anglers on the pier put them on their weight to see were they are casting at night.

work ok with glow stick behind a head hooked ragworm freelining for pollock......

they would have to be in everyones top 10 fishing accesorie.we use them all summer coarse fishing,sea fishing,they have so many uses and are cheap.

imagine a 4foot steel bar stuck in the bank.you have a indicator that runs up and down the bar,put light in indicator for evenings,good in the wind.
i had to stop using one as mick was always climing around the indicator

iv used them over the wreck in front of a shad and pollock do seem to go for them when fishing is hard,

iv used them while plaice fishing on the blocks ,two on each side of a wishbone rig just above the ragworm ,they seem to improve the catch rate a bit

one of my mates ,cuts glow sticks open and puts them in squid, ive yet to try,in theory its a good idea

saw glowsticks still working after 36 hours last night,these are the ones mick got from squidhead and they are exellent.well worth a tenner
