which shakespeare rod are you on about,i've used a k2(14ft) for nearly 2 years,had loads of fish,some large doubles,for the money i can't fault it ;D

The in2 range are their new budget gear I think. The only Shakespeare stuff I use now are their slender bender lures (shite hot) and sometimes their sabikis but check the knots I reckon they pay kids 5p a day in the far east to make them or something

Yep, I'm afraid they are crap mate - just made too cheap for kids and old geezers (like me LOL). You have to go up market a bit for something half decent. I have one of their salt beach rods with Fuji rings and that will take a good wack but you have to pay of course.
