What length would you make the "prongs".
Going to fire up the welder this weekend and make a couple.

Thats a bit difficult because they want to be curved almost in a semi circle. Looking at the tape measure while I type I reckon four twenty inch prongs will be sufficient. I dont want to tell you how to suck eggs but make them out of sufficiently thin rod so it will bend out under constant pressure.
While you are at it you aren't far from me (Fareham) so I will give you a few quid to do me a couple if you have the time?
