I wouldn't mind betting that once the better weather/months get here and the catch reports start really rolling in, there will be a renewed surge in membership.

like richard said,once the summer gets going i think there will be a surge of members.i will go for 500 to 600 members.

I think the old forum was started in October (though not sure). And its (the new one) got quite a few members during the time that most don't go, so i would expect to see a sharp increase over the next few months, though how many i just have not got a clue!

the friendly nature of the site will keep it blossoming.we will have to have the whole of the iow for the meet and greet at this rate.peteb must be well pleased.

I reckon the "magic number" will be breached.
I personally joined just after my summer hols in Southsea, and looking for more info on other marks to the Navel Station in Eastney, and this site came up (well the old site to be honest).
As the days get longer and temps increase, and more reports coming in , it won't take too long.
