I have rocket dog at 60 quid but we are paying for the name,The best i had were cormarant optics which were dear but specific fishing glases. one weird thing though, when pumping lug yesterday, i was walking across 'rippled' sand with water in the gulleys tween the little peaks, the floor took on a kind of blue-ish tint in the fading sunlight, and had a very 3d look about it when i looked at it thru the glasses ! I had a similar experience throughout most of the early 1980's, but it didn't have much to do with sunglasses ;D.

Funny you should say that CrazyPlums, Dantastic bought some Oakleys around (£100+) in attempt to guarantee himself a good pair. Maybe buying genuine a 'Polaroid' pair would be the key?? Strange the blue-ish tint thing? what colour lenses are in yours?

mine are polarised, with oakleys it's inscribed on the lower edge of the lense, so make sure if you're buying them,
i have the black lenses, though they're not as black as the darkest black iridium lense, some-one told me the mayrot was back already, so it may have been algae causing a bluish tint/hue to the surface of the water ? i hope they're wrong, or we got a real crappy month or two coming up, last year the rot was end of april and into june ! awful stuff that clogs up all around the line and you have to walk a hundred yards up the beach when it clogs, or keep putting the rod down to remove it, it really is a pain !
