Me and a couple of mates are going down to the I.O.W (no ball and chain,or dustbin lids )at the end of June, we will be staying at Totland and hoping to fish Freshwater,Alum Bay,Totland, and maybe get down to Brook probley have a easy sesh on Yarmouth peir on the day we arrive So......Can anyone give us advise on baits,rigs,best beaches ect,as we hope to get as much time in as possible over three days-two nights...all advise will be really welcome Thanks lads......

Hi mate. The fishing should be good here by then for most stuff. You may want to give totland a skip as its not that good until august through to december to be honest. The same applies at freshwater really, though scratching at these marks is ok. Alum bay on the other hand should be fishing well for sole , bass and the odd ray. Cast no further than 20/30ft (for the sole and bass, further for rays) Remind me nearer the time and one of us should be able to fill you in on whats happening.
