rapala blue/silver green/silver x-rap 10cm they look just like joey mackerel, I've tried other lures but i find these the best and the best place to get them is on Ebay, lots cheaper than tackle shops.
Do you do kayak fishing?

its really cool being on the level of the fish, and a few times I've been in the middle of bait balls which was awesome. only got the kayak in June and if i knew then what i no now i would be on 200 bass by now. i dont bother fishing the bottom on it though its more fun drifting about and paddling against the current, its a summer thing though.

My'n was £550 with all the gear thrown in, i like dinghy fishing as well if fishing the bottom I'd rather be in a dinghy or on a big boat. when i was a kid i had my dinghy down lane end and I'd be out in it every day in the summer great fun. my kayak is remarkable stable in the water its not like a run of the mill kayak or cannoe, there built for stability and comfort so that when your fishing every thing u need is close at hand, check it out on the web its called a Bilbao fishing kayak, LATER DUDE AND GOOD FISHING
