hello mate i had a 2lb plus bass of the pier and lost 1 today, had some chase me up to, its all good fun ;D

nice mate there's a few around down there atm, was that on the lure? AND WHERE ON THE PIER? I only use the lure off the kayak its most fun, love the feeling of the hit.

Bit windy this afternoon about 4.30pm so i went round by the crab and lobster close in on a sand bank tied up on a bhoy, bit sheltered around there, and fished for 2 hours, caught 4 Bass, 1x 2.5lb, 1x2.25lb, 1x17 inches, and one just under size, plus i lost one about 2lb and had another follow the lure in and not take it, and one hit lure and not hook up. so a pretty good evenings fishing. coming back round to lane end gave me some challenges as the tide was flowing and the wind was quite strong, but it wasn't an issue its all good fun. Blimey an old member use to post identical to this ;D |
