Good evening people yesterday i caught a 6lb 1oz Bass and 3 small ones plus mackerel and garfish, today i caught a 5lb Bass and a 2lb Bass plus one small one. really good fun fishing and those Bass put up a hell of a fight when your in a kayak, would put pics up but I'm stupid and don't no how to sorry.

sure do buddy on rapala lures no weight just pure power, loving it 155bts if someone said to me in June I'd catch that many I'd of said they were crazy. Bit ruff today but the kayak performed well and never had any worries.

I fish off the lifeboat pier sometimes at the weekends.

There's been a few Bass caught off the wall next to the the pier in the surf in the last week

I had three Bass today one 2.5lb and 2 just under size, good fun in the surf today, bit to much floating weed about for my liking though.

Nice fish there mate. Bembidge ledges look fantastic for the Kayak pitty we don't have a mark like that on the mainland!

Bit windy this afternoon about 4.30pm so i went round by the crab and lobster close in on a sand bank tied up on a bhoy, bit sheltered around there, and fished for 2 hours, caught 4 Bass, 1x 2.5lb, 1x2.25lb, 1x17 inches, and one just under size, plus i lost one about 2lb and had another follow the lure in and not take it, and one hit lure and not hook up. so a pretty good evenings fishing. coming back round to lane end gave me some challenges as the tide was flowing and the wind was quite strong, but it wasn't an issue its all good fun.
