2 pollock 2 whiting pkt smoked haddock 1 sweed pkt smash 2 tomatoes white source grated chease fillet all fish a slice in2 inch long strips dice a boil sweed mash the spud in with sweed add source mix in fish once done add salt a pepper 2 taste grate chease on top with sliced tom,s bake 4 45-50 mins served with broccolie give it ago yummy  All advocates of cooking with cheese should be strung up by their little toes and ritually strangled! :chef: |

a mate lost his leg in an accident at work about six months ago .when he phoned up and asked if i had any bass in the freezer i replied i am down to my last one ..i want it and you wont regret it he replied ..I am regretting it already was my answer but i should of had more faith ...
his wife came round the following night with a fish pie in a large pyrex dish ...it had haddock cod bass prawns mushrooms and leek topped with piped potato ...ive had captains pie ive had admirals pie and marineers pie ...this was first sea lords pie ...the misses will not eat fish unless its in breadcrumbs or batter so i just had to eat the lot ...i need the recipe cos it was fantastic ...when i get it i will post it up ....

My fish pie usually consists of Cod,smoked Haddock and Prawns.......just a shame I cant catch any of said species,dont even know what a smoked haddock looks like,hee,hee,make up a bechamel sauce,fresh parsley,sod it,just dribbled down me shirt,its quite an expensive dish as it happens but the end result is yummmmmmmm
