2 pollock 2 whiting pkt smoked haddock 1 sweed pkt smash 2 tomatoes white source grated chease fillet all fish a slice in2 inch long strips dice a boil sweed mash the spud in with sweed add source mix in fish once done add salt a pepper 2 taste grate chease on top with sliced tom,s bake 4 45-50 mins served with broccolie give it ago yummy

Cracking dish! ;D ;D

hey guys you all gotta try this one, seriously i done it tonight dont know if i done it right or not but it was lush.... before oven baked lol dont look much lol, but i cooked way to many bits for it so i ended up using me baking tray to cook it in he he he ;D after been in the oven lol but mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm first fish pie ive ever had and now me fav pie lol and we enjoyed ;D ;D

Looks good Clare, good effect mate I keep it basic when I make a fish pie mackerel,haddock and tuna, topped with either mash potatoes or sauté with butter and mozzarella cheese and cracked pepper to finish ;D Sauces either bechamel , cheese(mild) or parsley hmmmmmmmmmmmm Mark.
