Im just wandering , is it possible to refreeze them , if so how many times can you get away with doing it

don't be tempted to do this, they don't refreeze very good, any all you end up with is a pile of black snot!( when water freezes in the lug and is thawed out it starts to break down the lug each time which is why you should only do it once, so refreezing is a no-no !( unless u are desperate!) yes a few fish will take anything, pout etc, and you do here about people using s##t bait and catching fish, but if you want to give your self the best chance, only use it once!

Im just wandering , is it possible to refreeze them , if so how many times can you get away with doing it coddo had a 7lb cod last year on re-frozen black lug,several times ;D,gets a 'stinky odour' after a couple of times which apparently is very good for dabs

best bet is to keep them frozen throughout the session between some ice packs, just unwrap 1 as you need it as it takes a matter of seconds to defrost in your hand, no probs putting them back in the freeezer then.

iv refrozen them 3-4 times and still had loads of whiting , cod and vermin on them.(i personal think thay get better) but im not casting them out and blasting them to bits, so the might be a problem in that
