Hi all.
New to the sea fishing scene(had at bit of success on carp scene). Any good marks, tips and hints would be much appreciated, I know how to fish just never done it in the sea before! I'm using ABU PHAZER 12ft, casting weight 4-8oz, Daiwa sensor 15Ib mono, 50Ib leader, Scotties ready made rigs and a 5oz gripper, with a large big pit carp baitrunner. Is this set up O.K? Also i have just bought a 3mtr Honda inflatable(ally floor & inflatable keel) and 5hp Honda outboard. I will be using this mainly in Sandown bay for trolling and spinning. Again any good spots, or advice will be much appreciated. This looks like a really friendly forum so i look forward to hearing from those that can help.

Hi mate, you must be the guy i met that was with micky down freshwater bay. Welcome to the forum. Your set up sounds good enough. Atherfield and chale will fish well after this rough weather passes as you wouldn't even be able to stand on the beach there at the moment.
