ssshhhhhhh dont keep referring to the rods in his garage she that must be obeyed will see one O these little gems soon and suss me......  by the way.........when we go down to Dartmouth we stay in Dittesham at a farmhouse about 10 mins drive from the quayside it does cater for fishermen me being one O them and she has never complained about my beach stuff so I dont think afew boat rods would be much agg.....if we ever did a jolly boyz away trip one time. I do still have contact numbers for skippers in the area that hunt on the skerries (somewhere).... Gazza  |

best time for them plaice on the skerries banks. when they shoud be about in numbers is middle to end of april. if you wont to ile put you on to a couple of skippers. it normly costs 35 each and a minimum of 6 anglers and up to 12 if you wont . both boats are good charter boats.
samuel irvin 3 out of dartmouth .
and
gemini . skippered by dave harrison out of dartmouth.
it takes about 15 to 20 mins to get to the skerries from dartmouth or you can go from brixham there are a couple of good boats that go from there as well as 1 in torquay.

great fishing from dartmouth.....fished dartmouth sea angling festival sept/oct for years.
skerries banks offer some of the best flattie fishing anywhere well worth a trip down there...
just need to be lucky with the weather.
