Having noticed how many others like to curry fish and being a curry lover myself i thought i would share the following website i found earlier today.
You will have to register to be able to view the recipes but if you have ever wanted to be able to cook a wide range of UK take-away and restaurant style curries (and adapt for fish where needed) then it will be well worth registering.
Most recipes are based on a pre-set sauce (gravy) and then different ingredients added for each of the different meals and most of these sauces can be made up and frozen for a few months at a time to make things a lot quicker later.
