Has anyone got the shakespeare Salt Bass rod? is it any good? Can anyone review it please thinking of get a pair this year. What Multiplier to go with it? Cheers Davey

use a 65 or 55 size multi on it m8 4 a good balance ;D the 55 size reels r really nice on bass rods ;D my nippers gota salt bass that he uses a bit ;D its fitted out fairly well decent handle set up ;D seems best with 2 or 3oz but wud lob a 4oz ok. for the money u cudnt really grumble. its powerfull enuf to use 4 smuts(good fun) and will double up great for a bit of float fishing and general lite work. all in all a nice rod at a nice price u also get a bag ;D

Won one in the UKSF masters final last year, looks nice although its sat in its bag in the corner of the room since ive had it

used 1 fri nite with abu 5500c3 ad bass on it well u was there cheapest torbay angling 39 .99 4 price a finish 10 out 10 ive ad daiwa stxs bass a greys bze a century rubber shark not much in salt bass great rod does same job as zzipy bass as well

haha, i likes to hoard the old tackle, still got 2-3k's worth of carp gear that hasnt seen the light of day for 3 years Oh yeah, im not to lazy to dig my own worms yet ;D
