I used a company called insure my boat. Can't remember the exact quote but they were pretty quick in getting everything out to me. As yet not had to claim.
There are some very good companys out there i'm sure someone will tell you but mine was about £10 a month and that insures me on the mooring too. I think the 3rd party side of things was set in stone, either £1,000,000 or £3,000,000.
Hope that helps. Insure my boat were brookers for someone else.

I use Porthcawl, same as littlejoe, they are very helpful; i looked at others when it was time for renewal and they couldn't be touched.....worth a look?

Depends how old u r. I am a little over 50, ;D, and have my boat etc. insured with Saga. It costs £135 a year and comes with everything covered including my rods n reels and has £3.5M liability coverage. It also comes with no claims discount so should be cheaper next year.

Cheers chaps, have now tried all of the mentioned links. 'Insure my boat' using Navgators & General seems a winner on the price stakes but will look into the cover befor commiting. Thanks again.

I have used www.covermyboat.co.uk for the last two years, online service, very quick and easy to complete, £3M third party liability, which seems to be the minimum for most clubs nowadays. Dave
