Pout makes great fishcakes and when fresh is as good as cod in my opinion and cold smoked is bloody lovely.

Andy sounds awesome i look forward to trying some of your smoked fish when i get out to the wight unfortunately smoking fish is not an option in London they get a bit funny about it :rasp: as i found out good thing i hadn't built a permanent smoker in the back garden like i planned |
