yes mate...on the sunday afternoon.
From around 2pm the place goes wild with deals goin on all over
as I say,not a massive amount of sea tackle but enough to make the £8 entrance fee well worth it.
Last year I saved 40 squid on 2 boat rods and a score
on 2 FS reels.
I take cash......it talks.

just spoke to the promoter nick,they are doing half day tickets
on the sunday for £4 squid from 1pm till 4.30pm.
more than enough time to grab a bargain....gimme a shout

"The Big One" is now recognised as the largest fishing show in the UK. Having been traditionaly a Coarse and Carp show, the last few years has seen both the sea and fly side increase dramatically. So much so that this year we are proud to announce that Total Sea Fishing magazine will be sponsoring the casting clinic, where you will be able to watch some of the country's leading casters, including current world champion and record holder, Colin Howlett.
The demonstrations on the day will be very varied and interesting to all, whatever the individual level of casting. A flavour of the demonstrations from the UK surf casting team include:
- accuracy and distance with an 18gm plug
- tournament fly casting both double and single handed
- extreme distance casting from the beach
