me and coastal Kenny went from the I.O.W to the scottish border to pick up an engine for my boat a whopping 380 mile journey through the lake district. Here's some pics from the lorry as we drove through the lake district. A small mountain. Lots of windmills up here. Loads of nice salmon and trout rivers to poach from! Pics of lake windermere! another mountain pics are a bit blurry but all taken on the move a very rugged place with the motorway empty at some point its a different world up there and the beer is cheap to £4.90 for a stella and a carling we got back to the hamble and dropped the engine of with John aka monkeynuts and made are way back to the Island.
