dry suit i was thinking of a pair of waders and a dry top with a belt, thats should be ok yeah?
only thing im having trouble finding is a decent fishfinder for the yak not really clued up on them.
and i don't let my girlfriend drive my car lol

Shouldnt really do that mate. that will keep you dry while your on the yak but if you fall in your waders will fill up wit water. you need to think about keeping dry and warm if you end up in the drink. A drysuit is the best option by far, but a wetsuit is a good second option

iv got both scupper pro and a prowler 13 your welcome to have a play on them if your over here at any time i wouldnt use waders fella winter i use dry suit summer i use dry chest pants dry sox and a dry cag but if its hot you dont realy need the dry top. get a good pfd fix a knife to it and leash your self to the kayak so if you fall in you wont drift away from your yak go on www.anglersafloat.com theres all the safty gear listed that you should have with you good luck olly

right im off to look at a scupper on saturday as a few ppl have mentioned them im also going to get the guy to write up a list of what i will need aswell a a yak ie paddle, cloths, safty gear etc and try and keep it to about £750 but no more than £800 if i can get a really good deal out of them so i'll have enough left over to go and get some fishing stuff or even a fishfinder if i can find who sells them around here. so im not far at all from the yak fishing club can't wait to meet up with a few of you for a mission or 2 lee
