popped into pongo's today and could'nt resist buying the last one on the rack,a new toy to try out the gemi splash down mould...bloody pricey but first impressions are excellent quality mould as always from gemi,if they work as well as they claim then it's goodbye to 90% of bait shield's for my fishing,no more silicone crimps

Velly intlesting, I stink I vill make one in me shed. look's like eccles has been hanging around those 'hayling island bridge bass fishermen' a little too much ,either that or the local takeaway has some mighty potent chinky curry

Good point dale , having had another good look , it should be ok unless lead is dropped into the sand prior to casting , also looks a bit tight if your using a wishbone rig , but ill give it a go :win:

There seems to be all sorts of new fangled leads comong out at the moment, any one seen the new breakaways? All I use for small baits is just a gemini hook type lead link and for big bait an impact shield, never had one fail to unhook yet!
