I am listening to everyone's views and I can see both sides. It is interesting to note that this thread has been viewed 1300+ times So for better or worse and so long as it doesn't deteriorate then I will stand back But I have to say that the opportunity to show ones bottom to so many is puerile, but too tempting to miss

Nick, my friend take a bit of advice and just don't worry about it anymore mate. I mean just ignore "them" or better still chuck them off. I also have belonged to sea-fishing virtually since it's inception and Mike who runs it, does just that in that he rarely posts but instantly chucks out anyone showing signs of being a trouble maker. The result is a very friendly forum where beginners and kids are not afraid to post or ask (sometimes the most basic of questions). In the early days we had a few bully boys from a certain other site turn up with their usual attitudes and Mike didn't even argue with them, he just chucked them out full stop and that was the end of that so to speak.
